MEET THE SPEAKER FOR YOUR SESSION:Dr Sarah Gilchrist spent over 20 years working inthe high performance sport industry, latterly as aTechnical Lead for the English Institute of Sport andSenior Physiologist with British Rowing. Her doctorate specialised in sleep and athletic performance and she now provides consultancy on a range of performance areas, particularly relatingto sleep. She is Chair of the British Association of Sport Science Accreditation committee and is a High Performance Sport Accredited practitioner.
