An exciting external Yoga Fusion course facilitated by one of our colleagues, Lildonia Lawrence.
Lildonia is a life coach, yoga instructor and fitness instructor with a background in psychology and mental health. She is also a wellbeing adviser at Westminster University and loves running sessions which focus on stress relief and mind-body connection.
These classes are a combination of traditional yoga poses, pilates inspired exercises and body conditioning moves. Give them a try and improve your strength, endurance and flexibility. Suitable for ALL levels - beginners welcome
